The Kings Cross Hotel is our new turf every Friday night for our pub social from 7:00pm. There are Harbour City Bears Members specials, check here for details. (Not a member yet? click here for details) Keep an eye out for special themed nights where you can earn double tickets for showing up in theme! (Kink, Tradie, Footy shorts etc). Until we're settled in, our Badge draw and raffle will be paused. Once we are, our usual draws will recommence. We will have unscheduled giveaways , but details will be released prior to or on the night. Members Drink DiscountsA Harbour City Bears committee member will be at the membership desk from 7pm-10pm for a chat. One of our rotating DJ’s will be on the decks from 7:00 pm onwards to give you music to get you going. Every week we’ll bring you a relaxed space you can catch up with mates at the bar. We also have regular giveaways and much, much more. | Join us upstairs at Sunday Arvo Bears @The Townie in Newtown (right next to the train station). If you’re new to the Townie, or our events, come along and meet a member of the committee on Sundays. They can introduce you to the regulars at the pub. You might even meet some new friends! Join the Harbour City Bears for our monthly meeting of gaming fun, Press Paws & Table Tops! Press Paws is our video gaming event, and we team it up with Table Tops, our tabletop gaming event on the first Sunday of every month! Come along to play Nintendo Switch on the big screen, or settle down with some mates and a board game or two- we've got a wide selection, and you're more than welcome to bring your own. Our dungeon master Richard often runs a beginners' Dungeons & Dragons campaign, so if you're new to D&D, come along and we'll teach you how to play. The pool tables at the Townie are also open for use, so if you're a learner or a shark, you can have a friendly game with your beary mates! Best of all, the day leads straight into our Sunday Social, so hang around afterwards to socialise with the bears! | Annual EVENTSBear PrideA near week of Bear Community events, each year Harbour City Bears host the Bear Pride festival during late August.
